Nanny / Governess ā Educational & Pastoral Focus | Abu Dhabi + European Travel
Full-Time | Live-Out | 5,500 AED per week
A family from the UK is seeking an experienced & dedicated nanny/governess to join them in Abu Dhabi, with travel throughout Europe during the summer months (e.g., Switzerland & Austria). The role is focused on the continued educational development outside of the school environment & pastoral care of 2 adorable school-aged children (5 & 7), ensuring a balanced mix of structure, support, & fun (very important), especially during school holidays.

The Role:
o ā Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)
o Term-time: Afternoon schedule tailored to support after-school routines.
o School holidays: Full-day engagement with educational & recreational activities.
o ā Travel-ready. Accompany the family on potential summer stays in Europe to escape the peak Abu Dhabi heat (must be able to travel to Europe freely)
o ā Encourage curiosity & a love of learning through engaging educational activities, homework support, reading practice, & more.
o ā Provide pastoral care, instilling confidence & calm while supporting emotional wellbeing.
o ā Organise fun, active, & enriching holiday programmes (local and abroad).
Salary & Benefits:
o Early August start date
o ā 5,500 AED per week

Ideal Candidate:
oĀ ā Must speak & write exceptional English.
oĀ Must be able / happy to drive.
oĀ ā Experienced in nannying/governess roles, ideally with a background in education or child development.

o ā Skilled in creating a structured & stimulating learning environment.
oĀ ā Comfortable providing homework support, reading guidance, & developing fun learning plans.
o ā Flexible, travel happy, & ready to integrate with new communities.
oĀ ā Professional & positive in their approach to family life.

You MUST have a clear Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

A MINIMUM of 3 years previous professional experience of caring for children of similar ages as a nanny & or teacher/tutor is essential for this role.Ā
