One month’s Gross annual salary of Candidate. A 10% discount can be offered if using The Bee’s Knees Childcare Solutions exclusively (no apps or additional agencies)
£25 per day, plus the candidate’s hourly rate paid directly to them.
15% of Candidates Gross annual salary
£50 per day, plus the candidate’s hourly rate paid directly to them
If the Candidate resigns in week one or two: 50%
If the Candidate resigns in week three or four: 30%
If the Candidate resigns in week five, six, seven or eight: 20%
If the Client terminates before the Candidate starts work: 75% of the Fee will be charged

Terms, Conditions and Refunds
A trial, if requested prior to making a job offer, is authorised for one day free of charge (payment for the candidates time is subject to negotiation with them). Thereafter, the fee payable to The Bee’s Knees Childcare Solutions Ltd is £25 per day. A trial period may not exceed 5 full days 🐝
A 10% discount is applied to all invoices where the Client has used The Bee’s Knees Childcare Solutions Ltd exclusively to find their childcare candidate.
