✨ A professional family based in Bishop’s Stortford (CM23) is seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced part-time nanny to support their two children, aged 8 and 12. Both children are active and creative, enjoying music, dance, football, and gymnastics. The family are looking for a part-time, permanent nanny who can confidently manage after-school care, support learning, and provide calm, structured evenings. Both children have dietary requirements so experience of this is preferred but not essential. A safe and confident driver with their own roadworthy vehicle is essential, with parking provided. This lovely, friendly family may consider a nanny who wants to bring their own child to work with them depending on age and logistics.✨
➤ Start date: February/March 2026
➤ Core hours required:
• Minimum: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (with Tuesday and Friday being most urgent)
• Min hours: Monday 4:30pm – 7:00pm, Tuesday 5:30pm – 8pm, Friday 4pm – 8pm.
Up to 20 hours per week available for the right candidate. The hours will vary with notice during school holiday periods.
➤ Salary: Up to £25 gross per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
➤ Duties include:
• School pick-ups
• Driving to after-school clubs and activities
• Preparing safe, allergy-aware dinners
• Supporting homework and school organisation
• Managing evening routines and bedtime
• Clear communication with parents
The ideal nanny will be calm, organised, and confident working with school-age children, with a proactive and safety-focused approach.
To be considered, you must:
✅ Live in the UK and have the right to work here
✅ Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✅ Provide a minimum of two contactable employer references
✅ Hold (or be willing to complete) a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
✅ Have at least 3 years of professional nannying experience
✅ Experience with allergies and specific dietary requirements is strongly preferred but not essential

HOW TO APPLY
